Carefully structured in terms of its acidity, so as to pleasantly compliment rich flavors. A balanced, full-bodied wine, with a long and refined toasty oak finish.

Grape Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Vineyards: Vineyard located in Kilani village.

Harvest: Mid September.

Vinification methods: A closely monitored process, fully utilizing the great potential of this robust variety, which is successfully grown in Cyprus. Extended maceration on the skins and malolactic fermentation.

Aging: In new French oak barrels for 14 months and subsequently in the bottle for one year. Enjoyable now but his wine will develop further in complexity for the next 2-3 years.
