Tasting notes: A full-bodied wine with a bright purple color and a rich and complex bouquet of spices, ripe plums, chocolate, with hints of oak. A well-balanced wine, with an intense, but velvety flavor, that leads to a long lasting aftertaste. Good aging potential.
Serving temperature: Best served at 18°C.
Complimentary Flavors: A suitable companion for red meat, game and aged cheese.
