Sauvignon Blanc Fume

Produced from the Sauvignon Blanc variety, cultivated in selected vineyards. Following cold maceration, the wine is subsequently fermented and then aged in French oak barrels on its lees. It has a bright golden yellow color and a rich aromatic profile of tropical fruit and pear, in balance with the flavors from oak aging, such as vanilla and toasted dry nuts. Enjoy this wine chilled at 11 °C. Paring suggestions include shellfish, smoked cheeses and white meet with creamy sauces. Contains sulfites.

Vineyards: Selected vineyards from Polemi and Stroumpi village.

Harvest: Late August.

Vinification methods: Fermentation in French oak barrels.

Aging: In French oak barrels for 6 months.
