Produced from the Sauvignon Blanc variety, cultivated in selected vineyards. Following cold maceration, the wine is subsequently fermented and then aged in French oak barrels on its lees. It has a bright golden yellow color and a rich aromatic profile of tropical fruit and pear, in balance with the flavors from oak aging, such as vanilla and toasted dry nuts. Enjoy this wine chilled at 11 °C. Paring suggestions include shellfish, smoked cheeses and white meet with creamy sauces. Contains sulfites.
