Sauvignon Blanc

Created from the Sauvingon Blanc variety, cultivated in selected vineyards under our careful supervision. A balanced, fresh wine, with a bright greenish color and a vibrant acidity, offering rich aromas and flavours reminiscent of ripe tropical and citrus fruit. Enjoy this wine chilled at 10 °C. Pairing suggestions include seafood, light cheeses and fresh garden salads. Contains sulfites.


Type: Red dry wine.

Grape Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Vineyards: Vineyard located in Kilani village.

Harvest: Mid September.

Vinification methods: A closely monitored process, fully utilizing the great potential of this robust variety, which is successfully grown in Cyprus. Extended maceration on the skins and malolactic fermentation.

Aging: In new French oak barrels for 14 months and subsequently in the bottle for one year. Enjoyable now but his wine will develop further in complexity for the next 2-3 years.

Tasting notes: An intense and lasting bouquet of aromas and flavors, reminiscent of green pepper, vanilla, mocha, smoke and dried nuts. A vibrant color, subtly revealing the effects of aging. Carefully structured in terms of its acidity, so as to pleasantly compliment rich flavors. A balanced, full-bodied wine, with a long and refined toasty oak finish.

Serving temperature: Its velvety and noble character is fully revealed at 18°C.

Complimentary Flavors: A suitable companion for strong flavors such as succulent sauces, red meat and game.
